Another way The Brattle Group complements your career development opportunities is through its performance and development review processes. The objective is to assist in development by providing a fair evaluation of performance and progress, and by supporting equitable compensation and promotion decisions. The Brattle Group performance management process gives constructive feedback and suggestions (where appropriate and useful) in all major aspects of job performance and development. All staff (both corporate services and consultants) receives formal review feedback annually, but we encourage all staff to speak with their mentors and managers informally on a regular basis to give and receive timely feedback when appropriate.
